Kirkland & Ellis advised Antin Infrastructure Partners, one of the world’s leading independent infrastructure investment firms, on the successful closing of its fourth fund (Fund IV) and largest to date, raising $7.6 billion (€6.5 billion) to invest in infrastructure opportunities. The significantly oversubscribed fund reached its hard cap and makes it one of the largest funds to hold a final closing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Fund IV is backed by a diverse group of more than 140 leading investors from around the globe.
The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Erica Berthou and Katrina Rowe. Goodwin acted as French counsel to Antin.
