Kirkland Represents Accenture in Connection with Duck Creek Technologies’ Initial Public Offering

Kirkland advised Accenture (NYSE: ACN), a leading global professional services company, in connection with the initial public offering of shares of Duck Creek Technologies, Inc., a provider of SaaS-delivered enterprise software to the property and casualty insurance industry. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on August 14, 2020 under the symbol “DCT” and the IPO closed on August 18.  Accenture and funds advised by Apax Partners L.P. control a majority of the voting power of shares eligible to vote in the election of the company’s directors.
