Kirkland Advises Sherpa Healthcare Partners in Successful Closing of Fund I Vehicles at over $200 Million

Kirkland advised Sherpa Healthcare Partners, a China-focused healthcare sponsor, in the raising of its debut USD healthcare fund vehicles at over US$200 million, with commitments from a diverse group of global institutional investors, including pension funds, fund of funds, family offices and financial institutions. 

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Carol G. Liu and Liyong Xing and included investment funds partner Josh Westerholm, tax partner Alec Campbell, and employee benefits partner Elizabeth Dyer.
