Kirkland Advises Arya Sciences Acquisition Corp III on IPO

Kirkland advised special purpose acquisition company ARYA Sciences Acquisition Corp III in connection with the pricing of its initial public offering of 13,000,000 Class A ordinary shares at a price of $10.00 per share. The Class A ordinary shares will be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market and trade under the ticker symbol “ARYA” beginning on August 7, 2020.
