Kirkland Advises ACON S2 Acquisition Corp. on Initial Public Offering

Kirkland advised special purpose acquisition company ACON S2 Acquisition Corp. in connection with the pricing of its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on NASDAQ and trade under the ticker symbol “STWOU” beginning on September 21, 2020.
