Kirkland Advises Executive Network Partnering Corporation on IPO

Kirkland advised Executive Network Partnering Corporation in connection with the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,400,000 CAPS™ at a price of $25.00 per CAPS™. The CAPS™ will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the ticker symbol “ENPC.U” beginning September 16, 2020.
