Kirkland Advises Underwriters in Kingsoft Cloud’s Follow-on and Secondary Offerings

Kirkland & Ellis has advised the underwriters in the public offering of American depositary shares by Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC), a leading independent cloud service provider in China, in an aggregate amount of approximately US$510 million. The offering was priced on September 24, 2020. 

The underwriters included J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, UBS Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C.
