Kirkland Represents CICC in Proposed Privatization of Changshouhua Food Company

Kirkland is advising China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC) as financial adviser to the offeror, SanXing Trade Co., Ltd., in the proposed privatization of Changshouhua Food Company Limited (HKSE: 1006), a Cayman Islands incorporated company engages in the corn oil business and the production and sales of refined edible sunflower seed oil, olive oil, peanut oil and corn meal. The privatization, which was announced on September 7, 2020, will be implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement.
