Kirkland Represents Windjammer Capital in Sale of Advanced Instruments to Patricia Industries for $780 million

Kirkland is advising Windjammer Capital on the $780 million sale of Advanced Instruments, LLC to Patricia Industries, a part of Investor AB. Founded in 1955 and headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts, Advanced Instruments is a global provider of scientific and analytical instruments for the clinical, biotechnology, and food and beverage industries. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020.
