Kirkland Advises Brookfield on Acquisition of ‘Everise’ Platform from Everstone

Kirkland & Ellis advised Brookfield Business Partners and its institutional partners (Brookfield) on the agreement with The Everstone Group (Everstone) to purchase Everise, a next-generation customer experience (CX) solutions and technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
