Kirkland Advises Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. on IPO

Kirkland & Ellis advised Corner Growth Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, in connection with its initial public offering of 40,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units began trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol “COOLU” on December 17, 2020. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the symbols “COOL” and “COOLW” respectively.
