Kirkland Advises Cybera in Sale to Professional Datasolutions

Kirkland & Ellis advised Cybera, a leading provider of network and security solutions, in its acquisition by Professional Datasolutions, Inc. (PDI), a global provider of ERP, fuel pricing, logistics, and marketing cloud solutions. Cybera is a portfolio company of private equity firm Sumeru Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
