Kirkland Represents Apax Funds on Acquisition of 3i Infotech’s Software Products Business
Kirkland & Ellis acted for funds advised by Apax Partners on their acquisition of the software products business of 3i Infotech Limited (NSE: 3IINFOTECH), an Indian IT solutions company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The transaction, which was announced on December 28, 2020, was valued at $136 million.
