Kirkland Represents Avista Capital Partners in Acquisition of Solmetex
Kirkland & Ellis represented healthcare focused private equity firm Avista Capital Partners, which announced on December 17 that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Solmetex, a provider of amalgam separators and other waste compliance products to the U.S. and Canadian dental industries. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
