Kirkland Represents CICC in Luxvisions Innovation Technology’s Takeover Offer for Cowell

Kirkland & Ellis is advising China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited (CICC) as financial adviser to Luxvisions Innovation Technology Limited, in its $280 million acquisition of a controlling interest in Cowell e Holdings Inc. (HKSE: 1415) and the related $350 million takeover offer for Cowell. Cowell engages in the manufacturing, distribution and sale of camera modules. The transaction was announced on December 10, 2020.
