Kirkland Represents Soundcore Capital in Sale of Sweeping Corporation of America to Warburg Pincus

Kirkland & Ellis represented Soundcore Capital Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Sweeping Corporation of America, the largest power sweeping company in the United States, to Warburg Pincus. The sale was completed on November 30, 2020.
