Kirkland Advises GTCR and Cedar Gate Technologies in Two Acquisitions

Kirkland & Ellis advised GTCR portfolio company Cedar Gate Technologies, a leading value-based care performance management company, in two recently announced acquisitions.

Kirkland advised Cedar Gate in its acquisition of Enli Health Intelligence, a market leader in population health management technology solutions. Enli expands Cedar Gate's enterprise value-based care platform with population, cohort, and patient management technologies, including risk and quality measures, gaps in care identification and patient outreach opportunities, for improved outcomes and sustainable financial results. Kirkland also advised Cedar Gate in its acquisition of Deerwalk, a healthcare data management, analytics and business intelligence company.
