Kirkland Advises Silversmith Capital Partners on $140 Million Round for Webflow

Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners in connection with the $140 million Series B financing of Webflow, a no-code visual web development platform.  Silversmith first invested in Webflow in 2018 and, with fellow returning investor Accel, led this latest round of financing which included participation from all other existing investors and new investor CapitalG.
