Kirkland Advises Basalt on Purchase of Xpress
Kirkland & Ellis counseled Basalt Infrastructure Partners LLC on its definitive agreement to acquire Xpress Natural Gas. XNG is a fully integrated Compressed Natural Gas provider operating in the United States and Canada.
The Kirkland team was led by transactional partners John Pitts, Kristin Mendoza and Will Mabry and associate Tyler Dunphy; and debt finance partner Kelann Stirling.
