Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners on Strategic Growth Investment in iN2L
Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor focused on enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses, on its strategic investment in iN2L, the leading provider of person-centered digital engagement solutions for the senior living market. The growth capital will help iN2L further scale and accelerate its mission to meaningfully impact the lives of older adults through industry leading technology-enabled engagement solutions. The investment in iN2L is made by Vista’s Endeavor Fund, which is focused on mission-critical, high-growth enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses seeking to expand their impact in the markets they serve. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partner Vlad Kroll and associates Elaine Sun, Alex Dayneka-Hayes and Alexander Keane, and debt finance partners Sonali Jindal and Andrea Weintraub and associates Shayona Dhanak and Shelby Lindholm.
