Kirkland Advises Advent International on $30 Million Investment in BigID

Kirkland & Ellis advised Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors, on its $30 million investment in BigID, a leader in data discovery and intelligence for privacy, protection and perspective, through Advent Tech. The investment extends BigID’s $70 million Series D financing raised in December 2020. This financing reflects a $1.25 billion valuation for BigID.
