Kirkland Advises GI Partners on Sale of Consilio to Stone Point Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised GI Partners, a leading private investment firm, on its definitive agreement to sell Consilio, a global leader in eDiscovery, document review, risk management and legal consulting services, to investment funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC (Stone Point). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
