Kirkland & Ellis advised The Jordan Company and its portfolio company, Sabre Industries, Inc. (Sabre), a market-leading manufacturer of highly-engineered, mission-critical products to the utility and telecom markets, on Sabre’s acquisition by private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone.
