Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners on Sale of Aspira to Alpine Investors
Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners on the sale of its portfolio company, Aspira, a market-leading software provider for the outdoor recreation industry, to private equity firm Alpine Investors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate partners Vlad Kroll and Noah Boyens and associate Eric Reading.
