Kirkland Represents Lakeshore Capital on Successful Closing of Fund II at $150 Million

Kirkland & Ellis represented Lakeshore Capital in the structuring and fundraising of Lakeshore Capital II LP at its hard cap of $150 million. Lakeshore Capital is a leading private equity firm that focuses on mid-market investments in Thailand and the Greater Mekong Sub-region. The fund has received strong support from new and existing investors, including global sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, fund of funds, family offices and development finance institutions.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partner Carol Liu and included investment funds partner Josh Westerholm, tax partners Daniel Meehan and Michael Milazzo, and employee benefits partner Elizabeth Dyer.
