Kirkland Represents Long Hill Capital on Successful Closing of Fund 3 at over $300 Million
Kirkland & Ellis advised Long Hill Capital, a leading venture capital firm in China, in the structuring and fundraising of Long Hill Capital Venture Partners 3, L.P., which held its final closing on March 15, 2021, exceeding its original target. The fund will invest in opportunities across a broad range of healthcare and longevity sectors with the majority of capital concentrated in early-stage opportunities and select growth-stage investments. The fund received strong support from new and existing investors, including a diverse group of well recognized global pension funds, university endowments, foundations, financial institutions, fund of funds and family offices.
