Kirkland Advises Guidepost Growth Equity on $35 Million Investment in Tractive
Kirkland & Ellis advised Guidepost Growth Equity on its lead role in the $35 million growth equity financing of Tractive, a leading maker of GPS-based devices providing real-time location tracking for dogs and cats, to fuel further growth and expansion into the U.S. / North American market. As part of the financing, Guidepost General Partner, Chris Cavanagh, and former Ancestry and Lynda.com executive, Andrew Wait, will join Tractive’s board of directors.
