Kirkland Advises GTCR and Simpli.fi on Significant Investment from Blackstone

Kirkland & Ellis advised GTCR and its portfolio company, Simpli.fi, a leader in programmatic advertising and agency management software, on a significant equity investment in Simpli.fi from private equity funds managed by Blackstone. As part of the agreement, Blackstone will join GTCR as majority shareholders in the company. The investment, which would be made through Blackstone’s flagship private equity vehicle, values the company at approximately $1.5 billion.
