Kirkland Represents Investor Consortium in $5.7B Take Private of 51job

Kirkland & Ellis is acting as international co-counsel and sole debt financing counsel to an investor consortium in the proposed take private of 51job, Inc. (NASDAQ: JOBS), a leading provider of integrated human resource services in China, at a valuation of approximately $5.7 billion. The investor consortium includes DCP Capital Partners II, L.P., Ocean Link Partners Limited, and Mr. Rick Yan, the Chief Executive Officer of 51job. Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., the largest shareholder of 51job, is also participating in the transaction with the investor consortium.
