Kirkland Represents Vista Equity Partners and Pluralsight on Acquisition of A Cloud Guru

Kirkland advised Pluralsight, the technology workforce development company and a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners, on its acquisition of A Cloud Guru, a leading cloud skills development platform. The acquisition is expected to close later this year and is subject to customary closing conditions.
