Kirkland Advises Appfire on Acquisition of Spartez Software

Kirkland & Ellis advised Appfire, a leading provider of apps that help teams solve modern challenges with digital solutions, on its acquisition of Spartez Software, an Atlassian Platinum Marketplace Partner. The acquisition included Spartez’s portfolio of 10 apps, including Whiteboards for Jira, that will strengthen Appfire’s solutions sets across several strategic categories. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
