Kirkland Represents Wind Point Partners on GP-led Secondary Deal

Kirkland & Ellis advised Wind Point Partners on a GP-led secondary transaction involving the formation and capital raise of a special purpose vehicle advised by Wind Point Partners and anchored by Blackstone Strategic Partners, which acquired Ascensus Specialties, a leading U.S.-based provider of specialty materials for use in critical life sciences and specialties markets and applications, from another private fund advised by Wind Point Partners.
