Kirkland Advises True Green Capital on Solar Portfolio Sale

Kirkland & Ellis counseled renewable energy infrastructure private equity fund True Green Capital Management LLC on its sale of a 79 megawatt (MW) portfolio of solar projects operating across seven U.S. states to Altus Power, Inc.
