Kirkland & Ellis advised PAG, a leading Asia-focused private equity firm, on the successful closing of PAG Growth II LP, its second growth-focused private equity fund, with a total capital commitments of $525 million, exceeding its target amount of $500 million. The fund targets significant minority positions in high-performing companies across Asia with a focus on Greater China and with an emphasis on technology-enabled sectors including healthcare, financial services and TMT. The fund received strong support from new and existing investors, with a broad mix of global pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and family offices.
