Kirkland Represents TRC and New Mountain Capital on Growth Investment from Warburg Pincus
Kirkland & Ellis advised TRC, a leading, global consulting, engineering and construction firm that provides environmentally focused and digitally powered solutions, and New Mountain Capital, a New York-based investment firm, on a significant growth investment in TRC from Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor. As part of this transaction, New Mountain Capital has successfully exited its investment in TRC. The strategic investment will support the continuation of TRC’s growth initiatives including scaling its compliance focused engineering and consulting services as part of broader decarbonization efforts.
