Kirkland Advises IVEST Consumer Partners in Acquisition of Paladone

Kirkland & Ellis advised private equity firm IVEST Consumer Partners in its acquisition of Paladone, a UK-based wholesale gift supply company. Paladone specializes in the design, development and wholesale supply of own-brand and licensed products for brands including PlayStation, Disney and Harry Potter. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partner Justin Solomon, corporate partners Christian Atwood and Jacob Traff, and tax partner Mike Greenberg.
