Kirkland Advises Engineered Controls on $631 Million Acquisition by Dover
Kirkland & Ellis advised Engineered Controls International, LLC (“RegO”), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, on the acquisition of RegO by Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV). The transaction is expected to close in 4Q21, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
