Kirkland Represents Eastern Bell Capital on Successful Closing of Second USD Fund
Kirkland & Ellis advised Eastern Bell Capital, a fund manager focused on supply chain and logistics sectors in Greater China, on the successful closing of its second USD fund, Eastern Bell Fund II. The fund held its final closing with aggregate commitments of $800 million, exceeding its original hard cap. The fund’s investor base include prestigious global sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, corporates, family offices and fund of funds.
