Kirkland Represents MSD Partners on Investment in East West Manufacturing

Kirkland & Ellis advised MSD Partners, L.P., a leading investment firm, on its investment in partnership with management in East West Manufacturing, LLC, an integrated design, manufacturing, and distribution services partner for original equipment manufacturers and distributors throughout North America and Europe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
