Kirkland Advises Silversmith Capital Partners on $120 Million Round for Webflow
Kirkland & Ellis advised Silversmith Capital Partners in connection with the $120 million Series C financing of Webflow, a no-code visual web development platform. Silversmith first invested in Webflow in 2018 and, with fellow returning investors CapitalG, Accel and Draper Associates, participated in this latest round of financing which was led by Y Combinator's Continuity fund. The latest round of financing was carried out at a $4 billion valuation, and brings Webflow’s total funding to more than $330 million.
