Kirkland Represents Thoma Bravo on Acquisition of Anaplan for $10.4 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, on its acquisition of Anaplan, Inc. (NYSE: PLAN), provider of a leading cloud-native platform for orchestrating business performance, for approximately $10.4 billion. Thoma Bravo will use its significant experience supporting industry-leading, growing software franchises, as well as its financial and operational resources, to accelerate Anaplan’s strategy. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022 subject to customary closing conditions.
