Kirkland Represents Huntsman on Successful Defense of Proxy Contest by Activist Starboard Value
Kirkland & Ellis advised Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) in its successful proxy contest defense against activist Starboard Value LP. On March 25, 2022, Huntsman announced the preliminary vote results of its 2022 annual meeting of shareholders at which shareholders voted to elect each of the Company’s ten nominees to the Huntsman Board of Directors.
