Kirkland Represents CBC Group on Successful Closing of Fifth Healthcare Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised CBC Group, a leading healthcare-dedicated investment firm, on the successful fundraising and closing of its fifth healthcare fund, C-Bridge Healthcare Fund V, L.P. The fund held its final closing with aggregate commitments of approximately $1.67 billion, significantly exceeding its target. The fund received strong support from a broad mix of prestigious global institutional investors, including sovereigns, pensions, endowments, foundations, large family offices and fund of funds.
