Kirkland Represents Thoma Bravo and Barracuda Networks on Sale of Barracuda to KKR

Kirkland & Ellis advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, and Barracuda Networks Inc., a leading provider of cloud-first security solutions, on the sale of Barracuda to KKR, a leading global investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is anticipated to close by the end of 2022, subject to customary conditions.
