Kirkland Advises Bain Capital Private Equity on Financing for Multi-Billion Euro Acquisition of Stake in House of HR

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Bain Capital Private Equity on the multi-billion financing for its acquisition of a majority stake in European recruitment specialist House of HR. The acquisition financing includes private and public debt instruments. Selling shareholder Naxicap, management, and founder Conny Vandendriessche will hold the remaining shares.
