Kirkland Advises Vance Street on Closing of Continuation Fund, Backing Merger of Micronics Engineered Filtration Group and National Filter Media

Kirkland & Ellis advised Vance Street Capital on the closing of its first single asset continuation fund – VSC Extended Value (EV) 1, LP. In conjunction with the fund closing, Vance Street Capital's Micronics Engineered Filtration Group (Micronics), a global provider of aftermarket and OEM filtration equipment and consumables, announced the acquisition of National Filter Media ("NFM"). The closing of VSC Extended Value (EV) 1, LP extended the investment period to allow for the transformative acquisition and provide runway for integration and further growth.
