Kirkland Advises GTCR on Strategic Investment in Visionary Broadband
Kirkland & Ellis advised GTCR LLC (GTCR), a leading private equity firm based in Chicago, Illinois, on its strategic investment in Visionary Broadband (Visionary). The transaction will allow Visionary to continue investing in the construction of new fiber networks throughout Wyoming, Colorado and Montana. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Kirkland team was led by corporate associate Neil Vohra and partner Ryan Harris and included corporate associates Elizabeth Garai and Dane Christensen, debt finance partner Tom Dobleman and associates Negin Fatahi and Lindsey Wasserman, and tax partners Greg Gallagher and Polina Liberman.
