Kirkland Represents Hellman & Friedman on $10.2 Billion Acquisition of Zendesk

Kirkland & Ellis advised Hellman & Friedman LLC, a preeminent global private equity firm, on its lead role as part of an investor group acquiring Zendesk, Inc. (NYSE: ZEN), a service-first CRM company that builds software designed to improve customer relationships, for approximately $10.2 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
