Kirkland Advises Foundation Risk Partners and Warburg Pincus on Sale of Foundation Risk Partners to Partners Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Foundation Risk Partners (FRP) and Warburg Pincus in a transaction whereby Partners Group has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in FRP, a specialist insurance broker in the U.S., from Warburg Pincus. FRP's management will maintain a substantial stake in the business while Warburg Pincus will retain a meaningful minority position.
