Kirkland Represents Baring Private Equity Asia on Financing for Sagility

Kirkland & Ellis advised Baring Private Equity Asia on a financing in relation to its portfolio company Sagility (formerly Hinduja Global Solutions Limited’s healthcare services related business). The Kirkland team had also advised on the original syndicated senior secured facilities agreement for the acquisition of Sagility, which completed in late 2021. Sagility is a global leader in business process management and member/patient experience.

The Kirkland team was led by debt finance partner Manas Chandrashekar with support from debt finance associates John Curran and Daniel Sharif.
